We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or incorrect
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the item
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after approval

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items
